Shipping

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

To ensure delivery of your order, you need to specify a delivery address where goods can be signed for within normal business hours. If you have requested a delivery to your home, please ensure someone is there during working hours to sign for and receive the goods.

All orders will be dispatched the following business day of date purchased. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on a Monday.

* Please note: We always ship on time and cannot accept responsibility for customers where no one present at the advised delivery address to sign for goods, who do not pick up their packages or for Australia Post delays.  

Note about shipping shoes:  

    • For retail customers, one pair of shoes is charged at a flat rate of $15.  Two or more pairs of shoes are charged at a flat rate of $25.  Adding additional jewellery products to your order will not change the price of shipping.
    • For wholesale customers, one pack of shoes is charged at a flat rate of $15.  Two or more packs of shoes are charged at a flat rate of $25.  Adding additional jewellery products to your order will not change the price of shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange or return goods for refund, you have 14 days of purchase date to do so. Please pack your return in a box when sending. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returned goods.

Please enclose your receipt when requesting a refund or exchange.

We will refund payment in the same manner it was paid for.

We will not refund payment on items that have been worn.

We will happily exchange a purchase for you if you are not happy with the style.

If you would like to make an exchange for another style, please look at the web site and select another style of equal value. Please note this on your return slip, by style name, and we will exchange the purchase for you. We will not charge you for the postage to send your exchange item back to you. If the new style you have selected is not available we will contact you within 7 working days and offer you a refund or we will ask you to choose another item.

If you love something of a higher value, this is not a problem. You can just pay the difference using the same method that you made your first payment. All the details can be filled out on the Exchange/Returns slip you received with your purchase.

If you would prefer to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, we will not refund the difference. However, you can order 2 or more items that are of a lesser value, that total the same or higher value as your original purchase, just remember that if the value is higher, you will have to pay the difference.

Please send your returns via registered mail, High Thyme Trust trading as Batucada Australia. will not be held responsible for returns not received by us.

Please allow approximately 2 – 3 weeks for the processing of your return / exchange.
